Great podcast and a wonderful insight into a company that I don't hear much about except in the negative. Just wanted to clear up a point for the podcast concerning the Muppets. Disney does own both the Muppets and Bear in the Big Blue House outright. The deal was made in 2004 I believe (it was one of Eisner's final moves while CEO).

Great Job and much continued success.

Ah, that explains it, makes sense. Can't say I've heard of Leeds Castle before, but there we go.

I think she might be talking about Leeds Castle, which is in Kent -- and that would be a source of confusion.

http://leeds-castle.com

I have to disagree with Kat. Leeds is not a beautiful place. And I'm not aware of any castle that we have here, not quite sure what she's referring to...

But cheers for answering my questions! :) Really appreciate it, even if it wasn't the answer(s) I'd hoped for

Got about halfway through the mailbag segment when my iPod died. Good stuff, though! Made freeway night driving that much more interesting - and me that much less attentive behind the wheel.

So you had McDonald's and KFC but still no Fish and Chips? You are in a port town after all can't be to hard. Also weren't the names of the hamburgers different names? Besides the low salt content I'm sure the price was a bit more expensive there.

This is the second podcast exhorting me to watch Firefly in just a few weeks. And this is the first one I listened to after watching the show and movie. I thought it was okay, but it kept making me want to watch Brisco County Jr. instead.

I'm listening to the podcast right now. FYI, the website still shows as the desktop version in my Blackberry Bold, but when I select the Column View option it shows much better, with a good layout. Another option I found is using the Opera mini browser 5 beta instead. The layout on it is very similar what I've seen in the iPod.
